广东省是我国唯一一个金融机构本外币存款余额超30万亿的省份，其2024年8月末金额为35.84万亿元，远在其他省市区之上，资金总量稳居全国首位。与上年同期相比，广东8月末资金总量增加了1.05万亿元，同比增长率为3.0%，与前7月增速基本一致。 为进一步发挥人大密切联系群众的作用，鼓励村民积极建言献策，提升村民的参与感和幸福感。11月4日晚，观珠镇沙垌村开展了板凳说事会，镇村人大代表、党代表、村“两委”干部、村民小组长、党员、村民代表等30余人参加说事活动，现场气氛热烈，发言积极踊跃。 “沙垌小学孩子越来越多了，课程的质量是不是也该提上来了”“沙垌小学的师资力量还是太薄弱了，能不能向上级争取一下调整老师？”“学校周边车多人多，交通复杂呀”“大家听我说，中医药文化进校园在我们沙垌小学进行试点，接下来我们还要把中医药文化进校园项目建设与德育教育、综合实践、竞技比赛等活动相结合，探究不同形式激发学生对中医药的兴趣，提升学生的文化自信与健康素养，把沙垌小学打造成为有特色、有亮点的中医药文化进校园实践基地”……傍晚时分，阵阵微风，大家你一言我一语，聊家常、话政策。一个记录本、几十张小板凳，不用会议室、无需讲话稿，村民们围坐在一起，谈感想、话发展，诉心声、提意见，一场别开生面的板凳说事会就此拉开了序幕。 镇人大代表、党委委员香婷婷和镇人大副主席陈良萌认真听取了大家对提升沙垌村教育的有关意见，并就师资力量培育、校舍环境提升、周边交通整治工作与大家进行了探讨，让村民对教育提升工作有了一定的了解。 随后，大家畅所欲言，还围绕“美丽乡村建设”“产业振兴规划”“交通安全整治”和“乡村文化传承”等议题展开讨论。“我们村的自然风光得天独厚，产业底蕴深厚，应该好好规划，通过沙垌香街文旅综合体项目把村子打造成乡村旅游的亮点。”“希望村里能加大投入，增设垃圾桶，定期组织清理活动，同时加强宣传教育，让大家都养成爱护环境的好习惯。”经过近两个小时的热烈讨论，村民们达成了多项共识。 同时，镇村干部对撂荒地复耕复种、三保、人居环境整治、道路安全、反诈、未成年人保护等中心工作进行宣讲，宣传党的方针政策，同时悉心听取群众提出的建议，现场解疑。村“两委”干部根据说事内容认真填写了民情民意收集登记表等台账记录；镇人大代表收集群众意见建议3条，及时填写了履职档案，并形成交办清单交由镇相关部门。会后，村委会还借助此次说事会的契机，向参会村民发放了防治红火蚁的药物。 倾听村民的心声，让村民说出自己的想法，解决村民的实际困难——“人大+村（居）民说事”活动是进一步完善群众参与基层治理的组织形式和制度化渠道，对于提高“百千万工程”的群众参与度，增强村级组织动员能力，积极调动群众参与性、主动性和积极性，有重要的推动作用。 观珠镇有关负责同志表示，将以板凳说事活动为契机，强化党建引领，多方聚力，拓展平台，高标准推进村民议事工作，全力推动“人大+村（居）民说事”活动力争多出成果、多出亮点、多出经验，不断提高基层治理水平。 图文 / 通讯员 郑皓文 -------------------------------- 编辑：晨希 版式：何伟 终审：赖广昭 总监：陈妍
